Thank you for choosing Ticklon

Ticklon is a global digital platform that enables people, creators, businesses, organisations, and communities to connect, communicate, create, discover, and share content through our applications, websites, and related services in a safe, respectful, and responsible online environment.

By posting content on Ticklon, you grant Ticklon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, process, and make your content available solely for operating, improving, promoting, and securing the Platform.

This licence generally ends when your content is permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law, for backups, legal proceedings, fraud prevention, or where content has been shared by other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All Ticklon software, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, graphics, and related intellectual property belong to G III Trading & Service Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use Ticklon's intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Ticklon, you consent to the processing of your information as described in that policy.

10. Content Moderation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G III Trading & Service Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Ticklon.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where G III Trading & Service Pvt. Ltd. has its registered office, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
